During the ensuing 65+ years, that firm and its individual partners fought for the rights of injured clients in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island) and Westchester and Rockland Counties.

Since October 2019, Jonathan A. Dachs, Esq., one of the Shayne, Dachs partners (along with his legendary late father, Norman H. Dachs, Esq. until his death in 2014, and such other luminaries as the late, great Moe Levine, Esq., and the late beloved Neil T. Shayne, Esq.), has continued to work aggressively, tenaciously, skillfully, and successfully to obtain for his clients the greatest possible measure of justice, compensation, and peace of mind.

In tribute to his special mentors, Jonathan has renamed his continuing firm, which is now based in New York City, JONATHAN A. DACHS, ESQ.; SHAYNE, DACHS, as he strives to maintain his and his prior firm’s reputation for, and tradition of, unmatched excellence in the practice of law.
